1/29/10 The Department of Radiology at UCSF is seeking a musculoskeletal radiologist to be appointed at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor of Radiology in the Clinical, Clinical X, or In Residence series depending upon qualifications. This individual will be involved in the clinical, research and teaching activities of the musculoskeletal imaging section. For the In Residence series, the candidate will be expected to develop an independent research program and secure extramural funding. The applicant should have experience in musculoskeletal cross sectional imaging and interventional procedures. The individual must be able to practice medicine in California, be Board certified in Radiology, and have at least 1 year of training in Musculoskeletal Radiology. 12/18/09 The Neuroradiology Section, Department of Radiology, Stanford University School of Medicine, Stanford, CA, is searching for a full-time Assistant Professor in the Medical Center Line. The major criteria for appointment for faculty in the Medical Center Line are excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, clinical teaching, scholarly activity that advances clinical medicine, and institutional service appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill. Significant expansion on the clinical side with state-of-the-art MR and CT facilities both on and off campus, continued growth of clinical neuroscience efforts in our referring base, and simultaneous development of neuroimaging-centered research programs, including a whole body 7T center-of-excellence, underlie this faculty recruitment. Candidates must be ABR-certified radiologists who have completed a formal fellowship in Neuroradiology and who are Neuroradiology CAQ - certified or eligible. It is essential that applicants are both clinically as well as academically strong. The successful candidate will have a significant research interest in advanced imaging techniques as they apply to neurologic disease. 12/11/09 The Department of Radiology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in either the non-tenure clinician-educator track or the tenure track. Track will be commensurate with experience. The successful applicant will have experience in the field of Nuclear Medicine. Responsibilities include some clinical duties including PET/CT, nuclear cardiology, and radiopharmaceutical therapy. Applicants must have an M.D. or Ph.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in Research, Clinical Care, and Education. American Board of Medical Specialty certification is required. The preferred candidate will be Board Certified in Nuclear Medicine and/or Radiology, with experience in PET/CT, Nuclear Cardiology and therapeutic nuclear medicine. These experiences should have taken place in an academic facility.
