Refund Policy for American Association for Women in Radiology

Thank you for your support of the American Association for Women in Radiology. This Refund Policy governs the refund of membership fees, event registration fees, or any other payments made to the Association. By becoming a member or registering for an event, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

1. Membership Fees:

• All membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• In the event of an overpayment or duplicate payment of membership fees, the Association will provide a refund for the excess amount upon request. Such requests must be submitted within [insert timeframe] days of the overpayment.

2. Event Registration Fees:
